PMT3000 Digital Cable Phasing Meter

The PMT3000 Digital Cable Phasing Meter is a portable, hand-held instrument designed to phase-out HV cables typically located in underground electrical distribution systems.

The instrument measures cable voltage up to 30KV by connecting the test probes to the capacitive tap (test point) located in the HV cable elbow termination.

Additional measurements include phase angle displacement, phase rotation, frequency and tap capacitance value.
